The Ampicar sounds like something a superhero would drive, although it wouldn’t save many innocent drowning victims. Not only did it make a bad car, but it made a bad boat as well.

The Ford Edsel is one of the vehicles on this list that probably everyone has heard of at some point or another. It was ungainly, got terrible gas mileage and it cost way too much.

The Ford marketing team talked the Edsel up to be better than sliced bread. The car itself was not well received, which could be because the front grill resembled a part of the female reproductive system that in the 50’s was not so publically celebrated. Read more

In the interest of making cars online as easy and helpful as possible, Cars.com has launched it’s new video player to the public.

As they built this feature, Cars.com previewed their videos on YouTube, to gain interest and to ensure the information was available to consumers as soon as possible.

Their videos are thorough, giving loads of information, driving shots, demonstrations and even options for each vehicle. Although viewers are forced to watch an advertisement at the start, that is a small price to pay for the quality information the videos contain. Read more
