It only makes sense, you can almost get away with it driving an automatic (still not good) but it’s really dangerous for anyone driving a manual transmission.

Two weeks ago I was behind a “person” who had two kids in the back seats, was putting on makeup, had a phone in her hand and I swear I could see smoke from a smoldering cigarette clouding up the car, I couldn’t believe it!

Some days you wish you were a cop in the worst ways.

All countries in Europe have same laws, hope all states of America will join our state in banning the use of mobile phones with the hands while driving.
The fine should be much more i think. Then one could even have no ability to compare the price of a hands-free and a fine.
